Office Administrator

Onyx is a worldwide distributor and marketer of specialty automotive products.  We are currently seeking an extremely detail oriented, responsible, and hard-working OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR dedicated to our automotive e-commerce segment CARiD.com.

 

Responsibilities and Qualifications 

The responsibilities for this position include that of an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager

  • Assist senior management team by providing water, coffee, tea, and meals as needed
  • Track and order all office supplies and inventory (including coffee, milk, and other condiments)
  • Sort and distribute mail and incoming packages
  • Greet visitors, escort them to the conference room and offer beverages
  • Greet employees by name that enter and exit the facility
  • Ensure break rooms and bathrooms are fully stocked
  • Oversee use of conference room, break rooms, and lounge areas
  • Manage all credit card purchases and submit invoices/receipts to accounting
  • Receive, sort, and track all incoming checks-- make trips to bank as needed
  • Assist employees with ordering of lunch/dinner, greeting delivery people, and making payments
  • Ensure all common areas are neatly organized and clean
  • Understanding of check printing and accounting/bookkeeping is a plus
  • MUST be highly proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • BA/BS is preferred
