We are looking to add an aggressive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our already outstanding Human Resources team. The successful candidate must have outstanding sourcing ability, a high level of detail, and excellent follow-up skills. They must also possess the sales background to confidently speak to candidates and extend offers of employment.
Source and search for passive candidates.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and administer all pre-employment assessments.
Coordinate interviews with management team and candidates.
Maintain a database of active candidates and circulate weekly report to senior leadership.
Manage candidate expectations along the talent acquisition process.
Work with Directors on establishing compensation offers to stay within guidelines and salary grades.
Prepare offer letters for candidates.
Coordinate all new hire paperwork for accurate completion.
Coordinate with Workforce Management Team on establishing proper work schedules for new hires.
Coordinate with IT to prepare for new hire arrival including PC set-up and other equipment needs.
