About the Verification Specialist

Onyx Enterprises is looking for a Verification's Specialist in our Cranbury, NJ office!  The primary role of the Verification Specialist is to handle interactions with clients by phone, whether it's inbound calls, follows up calls from voicemails, or outbound calls to clients.  They will also handle and e-mail interactions regarding verification to make sure questions or tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.


Responsibilities of Verification's Specialist:

  • Verification Specialists assess the risk of orders on hold
  • Resolve inbound and outbound calls in a call center fashion
  • Verification Specialists respond to all requests and e-mails on a daily basis
  • Assist clients and staff regarding verification policies and protocols
  • Any other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications of Verification's Specialist:

  • 1-2 years of prior Verification's/Call Center experience
  • Ability to make logical decisions
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Capable of learning new rules and procedures as they change
  • Can read, research and make decisions based on risk
  • Must be patient and enjoy working with people
  • Always client focused
