Inside Sales Supervisor

We are currently seeking an extremely detail oriented, responsible, and hard-working SALES SUPERVISOR to join our e-commerce segment!  Our ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated, performance driven Sales Supervisor who is able to assist our already outstanding Sales team!  The right candidate must have the ability to adapt to our business model while being a strong participant in team efforts to assist us in delivering our best in class customer service. This candidate must be sales driven and be able to coach and mentor a team of inside sales professionals. Onyx offers a great work environment, competitive compensation and room for growth!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and lead Inside Sales team concentrating on individual and team sales.
  • Initiate, develop, and implement plans and processes to drive production.
  • Set and track sales targets for Sales Agents.
  • Work with other Supervisors and Management to increase call conversion rates.
  • Keep team on track to meet and exceed KPI metrics with a focus on quality, product knowledge, and internal procedures.
  • Drive metrics for everything relating to sales; including incoming calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Create, maintain and update sales reports including daily and weekly sales, sales forecasting and commission payouts.
  • Implement rewards and recognition programs to motivate and drive performance.
  • Create sales scripts and support framework to tie together the team's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Develop, train and mentor sales agents.
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with all sales representatives to enhance communications, understand training and developmental needs, and provide insight for the improvement of sales performance.
  • Develop training and performance plans for poorly performing Sales Agents.
  • Foster a competitive environment amongst sales agents.
  • Develop and preserve all company and sales policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' dynamic experience in a contact center environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years as an Inside Sales Supervisor overseeing a team of at least 10 agents.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling tangible products.
  • Experience in a start-up, high-growth environment.  
  • B2C experience required, B2B experience is a plus.
  • Goal oriented, self-starter with incredible drive and work ethic.
  • Outstanding computer skills (must have working knowledge of Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Knowledge of and willingness to learn aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to train, mentor and lead an Inside Sales team successfully.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
