Inside Sales Supervisor

We are currently seeking an extremely detail oriented, responsible, and hard-working SALES MANAGER to join our e-commerce segment CARiD.com!  Our ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated, performance driven Sales Manager who is able to assist our already outstanding Sales team!  The right candidate has the ability to adapt to our business while being a strong participant in team efforts to assist us in delivering best in class customer service. This position contributes to ensuring our extraordinary company culture remains sustainable with diversified talent and 'tricked-out' fun workplace atmosphere.  We at ONYX are trend setters and our Sales team is no different, doing great things for people!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train a full command of sales, soft skills, product knowledge, and system navigation
  • Manage a diverse contact center environment with multiple business units and teams
  • Initiate, develop, and implement plans and processes to drive production and reduce expenses
  • Develop and preserve all company and sales policies and procedures
  • Implement rewards and recognition programs to motivate and drive performance
  • Look for ways to continually improve the business, our sales processes, and the overall Client Experience
  • Develop and drive metrics for everything relating to sales; including incoming calls, emails, and live chats
  • Keep team on track to meet and exceed KPI metrics with a focus on quality, product knowledge, and internal procedures
  • Create sales scripts and support framework to tie together the team's knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Develop and use continuous improvement strategies to enhance the company image and relationship with our customers
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to enhance a call center personnel strategy
  • Assist senior leadership and other team members by sharing technical knowledge and supporting team efforts
  • Stay in touch with industry standards, trends, and new innovation to continually improve business performance
  • Continually develop product knowledge both through independent research and company provided training
  • Report teams performance to senior management

 

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' dynamic experience in a contact center environment
  • Minimum of 5 years as an inside sales manager overseeing a team of at least 50 agents
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling tangible products
  • Minimum of 3 years working in the eCommerce sector
  • Experience in a start-up, high-growth environment.  Having both B2B and B2C is a plus
  • Developed both inbound and outbound sales campaigns with proven track record for success
  • Top-notch sales professional with outstanding negotiation skills
  • Goal oriented, self-starter with incredible drive and work ethic
  • Track record in developing and managing sales policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on listening and using a clear speaking voice
  • Outstanding typing and computer skills (must have working knowledge of Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of and willingness to learn aftermarket auto parts and accessories
  • Creative and flexible, adaptable to new situations
  • Track record of exceeding quotas
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Problem solver, have the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus!
